Our first song performance..

i knew it because i wanted to do it. playing guitar for me was not some very old fantasy..but a fairly recently born one. me and abhishek had plans out..we both sang..but who wud play for us..was the question in mind..and i decided i needed to do it..!!

i started playing guitar some 6-7 months back..some leads some chords..and some songs are over..and gradually i dont know how..i began covering major songs of euphoria..the dhoom band..!!with my practice going well and enough songs in my feather..it was surely time to perform..abhishek was ready with his classic vocals..and i was through with the playing..and came the time when we really needed to get it all right..

the stage experience cannot just be decriibed in words..it was awesome..i wasn't very nervous though..since i had performed before on stage..once sung..once spoken..so it wasnt the time to be nervous..but it was the time to perform a new role..a different one!!

we were first time performers as a group..and the moment had to be made memorable..ofcourse mistakes of some low quality could be risked..but we couldn't afford to make big blunders..the practice sessions though seemed fine..until our senior who plays in a rock band pointed out that we had scale problems..abhishek rectified it the last day..and it all went right the last moment for us..not luckily!!

though we weren't very instrumantal..just some good music..i feel is enough to make the audiences enjoy the moment..thats why i feel that no music supersedes over the other..whatever may be the genre..it ought to be good and soothing to the ears..activating the brain cells to make you lift your spirits..!!what i learnt from this performance is that if one is dedicated and determined..he will succeed..very common words but very important to understand in life..!!

Music for ME

music i believe has been one of the most vital elements of my life in recent times..since the last 2 years infact, i feel a drastic change happened in me..and i accredit this sole penetration of music into my life for the myriads of vicissitudes that've taken place hence...

i started singing, though i frankly bet that im not a singer(..not being modest also)..i started playing guitar..which i firmly believe im better at..and ofcourse, the lessons in classical music that i began to take, have all coalesced to drive into me an an outlook towards life that seems to be so easily thrown in a state of oblivion otherwise.
